ANY SUGGESTIONS FOR THE AGENCY ON HOW TO: COMMUNICATE BAD NEWS BETTER?

How can we say "nicely" : we will dump on your head? Maybe a song? On the count of three.. "we will communicate better, about the pollution you see..."

Or a poem: Ode to a cement plant?

Task: Please help the Agency in conveying the bad news to Rugby residents in a positive, gungho, cheerful, light-hearted way, guaranteed to lift the darkest spirits, and quash all fears?

Never mind the car wash, what about free beer to wash down the cement dust and fall-outs? This would certainly make me feel much, hic, better! Takes the pain away, and everything goes blurry, so the dust would not show up so much?

We could have the bad news projected on to the side of the cement works in between free films on those dark winter nights.

Most of us can see it from our houses, our gardens, the town centre, the motorways.. space... etc etc.
